Thiruchengode Vivekananda Educational Institute’s Achievers Day function was held at campus recently. In this function Dr. M. Karunanidhi, Founder and Secretary of the Educational Institute presided over the ceremony. Engineering college Third year computer science and technology student Allyn Genet gave the welcome address.
Educational Institutions Trust Board Director Dr. kuppusamy, Principal Administrators Chokkalingam , Varadaraju, the principals of the college, Babyshakila, K. CK Vijayakumar, Devi, Rajendran, Shanmugaraju, Director of College of Management, V. Mohanasundaram took the lead.
Dr. Saravanan, Placement Director of the college, read out the annual report. Dr.M. Karunanidhi, Founder and Secretary of Vivekananda Educational Institutions in his keynote address said that opportunities are a blessing in life for the students and they should utilize that opportunity in a proper way to create a prosperous and clear path. He said that he should work till the goal is reached. Syed Mohammed, IT Consultant, Chennai, was the special guest at the achievement ceremony. While speaking he said that students should improve their technical skills according to today’s modern age and more than nine crore job opportunities will be created in artificial intelligence technology. Attended as guest of honour Ms. Ayesha Banu, a former student of Vivekananda College in 2014 and now a senior consultant at Chennai Infosys, while speaking advised the students to make effective use of the job training and job interviews provided by the college and then they can create a better future. Also, in the interviews conducted by more than 108 leading companies like Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, HDFC, Hitachi, Publicis Sapient, zifo, Plintron, Sanmina, DXC Technilogies, KMCH, Madras Pharam, 1971 selected female students were given meritorious orders and achievement awards by special guests Syed Mohammad, and Ayesha Banu.
